Remote Diagnostic Session (Home Machines Only) — 30 Minutes
Book a 30-minute FaceTime session with Ben Colley, our certified repair technician with deep, hands-on expertise across coffee and espresso machines. We'll walk through your machine's symptoms together, diagnose what's actually wrong, and map out next steps — including any small parts you'll need and a custom follow-up audio recording explaining how to complete the repair on your specific machine.
Sessions end with a clear repair plan in hand: what's broken, what it'll take to fix it, and a guide built around your machine so you're not guessing.
Upon check-out you will receive an email confirmation containing a link to choose your appointment time.
Please note: sessions are non-refundable for no-shows, and rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice.
