Sorry, but we do not service Keurig, Breville, Nespresso or other single-serve pod/capsule or bean-to-cup machines. If these types of machines are left at our place of business for bench repair unbeknownst to us, they will be disposed of.

How we charge for our servicesLabor is $90 an hour, plus travel time, whether it's a four-group in a cafe or a Silvia on our bench. Parts are billed at retail rates.

We diagnose and quoteWritten estimate before work begins. Full payment is required before return. We accept major credit cards and Venmo. |

You pack it and ship it insuredFollow the card in the box, send us two photos of the packed machine, and ship it with the carrier you like. |
STEP 4
We repair it and ship it homePacked by us, insured by us, tracking by email/text so you never wonder where your machine is. |
Fine Print: You must pack your machine with our kit and ship it insured, in your name. We can't insure a box we didn't pack, and only the person who bought the label can file a claim. The trip home is ours: we pack it, we insure it.
