We're a family business in Waterbury, Vermont. We've been keeping commercial coffee programs running across four states for over a decade, and we help people at home buy a machine worth keeping.
Ben has been Starbucks' lead regional technician for more than ten years. He keeps the equipment running for most of Vermont's largest employers, along with cafés, schools, places of worship and more — and he has spent those same years repairing home machines, on the bench and in people's kitchens, for clients who keep calling back. Working on other people's equipment for that long teaches you something: the machines that last are the ones that were built to be opened and repaired.
